Our experienced and qualified scheduling consultants are trained to understand an employer's needs, and are therefore able to quickly provide associates with relevant experience whenever and wherever the need arises.


Interim is invested in being ahead of the game technologically, with an intuitive in-house information system underpinning our comprehensive staffing services. Consultants, associates and employers all benefit from 24 hour secure online access to critical information. Using the latest technology, Interim scheduling consultants have all the information they need at their fingertips to provide you with a real time responsive service 24/7.

Our Team

Our network of experienced associates all adhere to our documented Code Of Practice, ensuring that the associates we provide are subject to full reference and security checks prior to joining Interim. Our strict recruitment process ensures that copies of the following, where appropriate, are always placed in the personnel file:
  • Identification, proof of address, SIN number
  • CPI and/or UMAB certification
  • Vulnerable persons police check
  • First Aid/CPR
  • 3 professional references
  • All relevant training and qualifications certificates
These documents are produced during the mandatory face to face interview with our experienced recruitment consultants.
Interim provides annual renewal of CPI and UMAB in-house for associates, for speed and assurance.

Our Aims and Objectives

Our objective is to supply - at short notice or pre-planned - skilled associates for interim placements. We aim for our service users to:
  • Be able to request associates to cover requirements at short notice and be given a fast response.
  • Rely on our ability to provide highly vetted, flexible and reliable staff, who possess the knowledge, skills and attitudes to meet customers' needs.
  • Know they can rely on our steady supply of associates from our large network, and rely on replacements where cancellations are unavoidable.
  • Be confident that we are compliant with any statutory and regulatory requirements, and are mindful of complete confidentiality and discretion in all undertakings. Be happy that they are receiving a flexible, cost-effective service.

  • Establish and meet high standards of service, regularly auditing and evaluating the Interim service.
  • Ensure our recruitment consultants have a thorough knowledge of customers' and clients' needs, and are highly skilled in interviewing and selection techniques.
  • Ensure our scheduling co-ordinators have a thorough knowledge and understanding of both customers' requirements and our associates' skills.

Terms and Conditions

All Interim services are governed by Terms and Conditions which must be signed before Interim associates services are engaged.

Cessation of Service

Interim may cease to provide service if our associates feel in any way threatened or abused and/or in the case of unsafe practices or breaches of our professional standards.
