Our Associates:
Interim associates are caring and compassionate individuals used to supporting adults with developmental, behavioural or physical challenges. At Interim we take great care in the recruitment screening process to ensure that references, qualifications and certifications are valid, and that our associates already have experience in supportive care before joining us. We aim to not only help our clients manage the challenges they face, but also to support them in making realistic progress where possible and improving quality of life, whether that be at home or within the community.
Interim Associates:
• Hold a university degree or college diploma and hold UMAB/CPP certification where appropriate
• Are criminal reference checked including vulnerable persons screening
• Are experienced in supportive care and/or managing challenging behaviours
• Are covered by professional liability insurance
• Are interviewed face-to-face
• Are reliable
• Have good references
• Are flexible and available immediately for short or long-term supportive care
